Preserving Land • Protecting Heritage • Promoting Stewardship

1318 Land Trust is a Georgia non-profit corporation dedicated to conserving and protecting land for future generations. The Trust’s mission is to preserve open spaces, wildlife habitats, and agricultural lands through the use of conservation easements and responsible stewardship initiatives.

As a qualified 501(c)(3) organization, donations to 1318 Land Trust are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
